Usually when this subject is addressed, the counter measures listed include Yoga, deep breathing, exercising in place and so on. And that's fine; there's nothing wrong with that; in fact we incorporate it. But we also understand that these are outside elements, separate from the logic and the process of what we're doing. We'll instill in you something far more positive, substantial and relevant that trumps everything else.
